Feed status
Per feed, its status, age and source count, and whether the served value has gone stale.
With feed, feeds holds that feed's entry only, and the status code says whether it is
healthy: 200 when it is trading and not stale, 503 with the same body otherwise, so an
uptime checker can watch one feed by its status code. A feed whose market closes, or a
reference feed, answers 503 while it is so; watch a 24/7 feed.

A feed ID, Pyth-compatible or Astra, 0x optional, any case. Empty is the same as absent.
