The sender of the wallet's first native-value inflow — never a token transfer, which airdrop spam would forge. `funded_by` is absent until a native inflow was observed.
Oracle prices at a past moment GET
The first price of each feed published at or after `ts`, within the oracle's history window. A feed with no price in that window is `404`.
