Token market list, ranked by market cap GET
One row per token per chain, with the figures of every pair it trades in rolled up — price, 24h volume and transactions, liquidity, market cap, FDV, holders and the rating. Sorted by market cap unless `sort` says otherwise; a blocked token never appears. Rows the canonical registry knows carry its id, slug, status and logo; a row it does not know carries the all-zero id. `includes` echoes which optional registry blocks the response carries.
